Aldred D'Souza, P.E., Engineering Manager,has over six years of design experience in fiberglass structures and a total of 13 years engineering experience worldwide with various project-engineering companies. As lead structural designer for Fibergrate, his involvement for many projects begins with design in the quotation stage and follows through to completion with final calculations. D'Souza complements his experience with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, a Masters in CAD/CAM Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration.
